Manager de Procesos y Tecnología

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Lead digital transformation projects and the adoption of new technologies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to integrate technological solutions
• Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and technology
• Ensure technological solutions align with the company's strategic objectives
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
• Manage budgets assigned to technological projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, technological projects, or IT consulting
• Senior-level experience with Salesforce
• High proficiency in Python programming and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Solid knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM
• Experience with data analysis tools and enterprise software suites (ERP, CRM)
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (C1 level)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus
