Manager, DDEG Design Methodology

Responsibilities

• Guide and set the broader direction for the verification efforts of all team projects.
• Lead cross-site efforts to develop verification methodologies and environments for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.
• Provide technical advice to senior management regarding significant engineering issues.
• Establish best known methods (BKM) by driving development meetings and technical forums.
• Support design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full chip designs.
• Drive the development of test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and Agentic AI for coverage analysis.
• Utilize AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks to accelerate verification cycle times and improve debug efficiency.
• Collaborate with CAD, EDA, and software teams to integrate AI-driven flows into simulation and design sign-off environments.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in verification and memory operation.
• Experience with complex full chip gate level custom designs and low power technologies.
• Proven ability to manage design verification for large and complex designs.
• Experience with memory categories such as DDR4, LPDDR4, DDR5, or LPDDR5.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge in DRAM design (DDR5, LPDDR5, or related memory fields).
• Exposure to or a strong interest in AI/ML-assisted design flows, agentic AI, or advanced automation in verification.
• Excellent communication and global collaboration skills.
