Manager, Data Management & Visualization

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data strategies, technical solutions, and data governance processes
• Serve as the liaison among internal digital, marketing science, analytics, investment teams, and offshore resources
• Manage projects from requirements definition to completion using project management best practices
• Oversee the integrity and quality of data generated throughout campaign delivery and optimization lifecycles
• Provide oversight of digital media buys and data flows across programmatic, digital, search, social, and offline channels
• Drive adoption of data operations methodologies and leverage automation to increase efficiency
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to promote a collaborative environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data operations and/or business intelligence
• 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency environment
• 3-5 years of experience in digital media data, data governance, and quality processes in ETL environments
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles and managing project teams
• In-depth knowledge of processes across multiple media channels
• Familiarity with campaign management and performance optimization processes
• Advanced verbal, written, organizational, and project management skills
• Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing offshore teams
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Experience with media planning tools like MediaTools, Lumina, or Hudson
