Manager, Data Management & Visualization

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data strategies and data governance processes
• Serve as a liaison between digital, marketing science, analytics, and offshore teams
• Manage projects from requirements definition to completion using project management best practices
• Oversee data integrity, harmonization, cleansing, and QA for campaign performance tracking
• Provide oversight of digital media buys and data flows across programmatic, search, social, and offline channels
• Drive adoption of automation to increase efficiency and data accuracy
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data operations or business intelligence
• 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency environment
• 3-5 years of experience in digital media data, data governance, and ETL environments
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles and managing project teams
• In-depth knowledge of multiple media channels and diverse dataset types
• Familiarity with campaign management and performance optimization
• Advanced verbal, written, and project management skills
• Experience in process automation and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing offshore teams
• Proficiency with SQL
• Knowledge of Python
