Manager, Data Management HRConnect People Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead organization, job, compensation, and personal data management processes for HRConnect.
• Manage Tier 2 Data management specialists, including selection, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Act as a liaison between Business Technology Solutions, Data and Digital Strategy, and various Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, etc.).
• Ensure high-quality employee service delivery by collaborating with Tier 1 teams and maintaining functional integrity.
• Oversee annual performance, compensation, and benefit programs regarding employee data management.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with efficient service delivery.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities and participate in special HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, HR operations, or customer services.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or people management role.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale data management, payroll, and HRIS systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of the interactions between HR, accounting, and finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement projects.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding complex KPIs in a shared services environment.
