Manager Data Management Agentic Solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agent-based automation solutions for Clinical Data Management operations
• Build and deploy LLM-powered agents to automate workflows in data ingestion, quality management, and reporting
• Develop automation for complex clinical processes including query generation, reconciliation, and deviation detection
• Build scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines to process data from EDC systems and external vendors
• Develop machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and data quality monitoring
• Implement data reconciliation and validation frameworks across multiple clinical data sources
• Support AI governance, including validation, auditability, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Work with IT and platform teams to integrate AI solutions into existing clinical systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• 7–9+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related domains
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with data pipelines and automation
• Understanding of clinical data management, EDC systems, and clinical trial workflows
• Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, CDASH) and GxP regulatory environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-based solutions within a regulated environment
• Professional exposure to the clinical data, healthcare, or life sciences domains
