Manager, Data Enablement

Responsibilities

• Support data governance initiatives across the organization
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate and holistic data collection and delivery
• Support quality assurance measures to ensure consistent data flow into platforms
• Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports, internal teams, and third-party partners
• Manage data integration, dashboard projects, and taxonomy across HCP and DTC media
• Collaborate closely with BI/Tech and Data teams to maintain data model flows and reporting availability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data/analytics consulting or data governance
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with SQL
• Understanding of media channel activation and experience with media-related data
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Literacy in data visualization software such as Tableau or Datorama/MCI
• Strong skills in project management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
