Manager Data Center Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Core Data Center and hardware infrastructure including server, network, power, and environmental monitoring
• Lead a growing team of data center engineers focusing on rack deployments, hardware troubleshooting, and decommissioning
• Identify and solve critical problems via root cause analysis and automation recommendations
• Create and improve infrastructure metrics, standards, Runbooks, SOPs, and MOPs
• Participate in the on-call rotation for critical infrastructure
• Build and implement Core sites globally, including low voltage cabling and vendor management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in large-scale Data Center Infrastructure environments
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of 3 or more data center engineers
• Extensive experience installing, monitoring, and maintaining server and network equipment
• In-depth knowledge of data center environments and hardware provisioning
• Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work onsite in the Data Center 5 days a week
