Manager, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of business and data analysts, providing coaching and career growth support
• Manage the analytics roadmap for commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical frameworks and KPIs
• Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and data solutions using Snowflake, dBT, and BI tools
• Drive data quality and governance standards in partnership with data engineering and BI teams
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders to shape planning and execution
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strict quality control measures

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data or business analytics
• 2–3 years in a people management or team lead role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, dBT, and ETL workflows
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Proven track record of hiring, performance management, and mentorship
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
