Manager, Data & Analytics Strategy

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and delivery of complex strategic programs and projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities, define performance metrics, and drive accountability
• Develop and maintain program monitoring, reporting, and executive-ready content for Steering Committees
• Support the development of CID&A strategy content across AI, Data, and Analytics
• Perform strategic and business analysis to identify key issues and propose actionable recommendations
• Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives and high-quality PowerPoint presentations
• Manage multiple workstreams, including leading problem-solving sessions and workshops with cross-functional experts

Requirements

• Educational background in business or engineering
• 3+ years of post-undergraduate experience in Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Data & Analytics
• Proven experience in strategic planning and data analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional PowerPoint skills
• Strong relationship management skills to navigate a complex matrix environment
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
