Manager, Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior analysts and BI engineers
• Own the D&A roadmap across GTM, Product, Finance, and Partnerships
• Act as the senior data voice in executive conversations
• Translate GTM problems into shipped solutions using APIs and Salesforce integration
• Partner with GTM Engineering and Systems to define operating models
• Contribute to AI developer infrastructure including prompt frameworks and MCP integrations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, BI engineering, or analytics engineering in B2B SaaS
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Technical depth in SQL, DBT, and Snowflake or BigQuery
• Experience with enterprise data infrastructure like Looker and Salesforce-to-warehouse pipelines
• Working fluency with modern AI/ML approaches and LLM-powered workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leading distributed teams
