Manager, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) data analytics program by setting strategy and future direction
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and tools to support OEC-wide analytics efforts
• Lead projects to consolidate and categorize data from over 100 ERP systems and other global data sources
• Train OEC staff on Power BI, data analytics concepts, and other relevant tools
• Investigate untapped data sources and explore advanced predictive analytics possibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on data analytics
• Proficiency with Power BI and Advanced Query/DAX
• Experience with Python, R, or SQL
• Basic knowledge of financial systems
• Ability to interact with and influence employees across all levels of seniority
