About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) data analytics program by setting strategy and future direction
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and tools to support OEC-wide analytics efforts
- Lead projects to consolidate and categorize data from over 100 ERP systems and other global data sources
- Train OEC staff on Power BI, data analytics concepts, and other relevant tools
- Investigate untapped data sources and explore advanced predictive analytics possibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on data analytics
- Proficiency with Power BI and Advanced Query/DAX
- Experience with Python, R, or SQL
- Basic knowledge of financial systems
- Ability to interact with and influence employees across all levels of seniority

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry
