Manager - Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources to maintain databases and data systems
• Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets
• Cleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports to identify and rectify coding errors
• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids using MS Excel and Power BI to support decision-making
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports in adherence to process timelines
• Employ statistical techniques to produce actionable business insights
• Manage the tasks of data analysts and identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with management, engineering, and product development teams to align business priorities

Requirements

• Graduate degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data analytics or data science roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI, and VBA Macros
• Fluency in Python or SQL for data analytics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain
• Professional certifications related to Data Analytics
• Proactive approach to learning new technologies
