About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team of data engineers, developers, and analysts to drive Agentic AI transformation and customer intelligence.
  • Shape and execute a strategic Agentic AI roadmap in partnership with Planning, Marketing, Sales, and CIO stakeholders.
  • Design and roll out automated Business Customer Profile processes leveraging Customer 360 and AI technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, including deep-dive design reviews and guidance on complex data architecture and automation pipelines.
  • Manage team performance through coaching, mentorship, and professional development to build a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee resource management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment to ensure data assets support business targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics (data engineering, architecture, or analytics leadership).
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, including data engineers or analysts.
  • 2+ years of experience driving cross-functional programs or large-scale initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, data strategies, and AI/automation principles.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS or telecommunications industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or Customer 360 solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading digital transformation or automation projects.
