About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of data engineers, developers, and analysts to drive Agentic AI transformation and customer intelligence.
- Shape and execute a strategic Agentic AI roadmap in partnership with Planning, Marketing, Sales, and CIO stakeholders.
- Design and roll out automated Business Customer Profile processes leveraging Customer 360 and AI technologies.
- Provide technical leadership, including deep-dive design reviews and guidance on complex data architecture and automation pipelines.
- Manage team performance through coaching, mentorship, and professional development to build a culture of excellence.
- Oversee resource management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment to ensure data assets support business targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics (data engineering, architecture, or analytics leadership).
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, including data engineers or analysts.
- 2+ years of experience driving cross-functional programs or large-scale initiatives.
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, data strategies, and AI/automation principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the B2B SaaS or telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or Customer 360 solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of leading digital transformation or automation projects.
