About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality and on-time outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client stakeholders across business and technical teams.
  • Design and facilitate client workshops focused on AI strategy, use case prioritization, governance, and operating model design.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into structured problem statements, strategic roadmaps, and actionable deliverables.
  • Direct and mentor Consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to practice development by creating reusable frameworks, methodologies, and accelerators.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposals, SOWs, and identifying expansion opportunities within active accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in consulting, specifically focusing on data strategy, AI transformation, or platform modernization.
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing workstreams and manage/mentor junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of data management (governance, quality, integration) and AI/ML concepts (ML, GenAI, LLMs).
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with the ability to drive executive alignment.
  • Experience in at least one specialized area: AI/product strategy, data governance, operating model design, or change management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Industry expertise in Telco, Healthcare, Financial Services, or CX/BPO.
  • Fluency or proficiency in French.
