Manager, Cybersecurity Strategy and Risk

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a continuous adversarial testing program against the next-generation Atlas Platform.
• Utilize agentic AI and frontier AI models as force multipliers for autonomous testing and vulnerability chaining.
• Translate adversarial findings into actionable secure design improvements and SSDLC enhancements.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a greenfield offensive security unit within Product Security Engineering.
• Establish and manage a partnership with the CISO's Red Team to transfer attack playbooks and methodologies.
• Execute short-cycle adversarial campaigns targeting identity platform cores, AI features, and SaaS infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of offensive security experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
• Demonstrated experience with agentic or AI-powered offensive security tooling in a production environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in at least two of the following: application pen testing, source code security review, cloud security assessment, or AI/LLM adversarial testing.
• Proven experience building or operating a red team program within a SaaS or platform-based company.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce exploitation narratives for executive decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and tenant isolation.
• Expertise in AI/LLM attack surfaces, including prompt injection, RAG poisoning, and model supply chain compromise.
• Experience with MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, or OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
