Manager, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with MSSP to monitor and resolve cybersecurity threats
• Lead incident response efforts and ensure proper investigation and remediation
• Maintain compliance with security policies, data privacy, and acceptable use guidelines
• Manage security infrastructure including firewalls, VPN access, and endpoint protection
• Oversee on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure maintenance
• Administer Microsoft Intune for secure device provisioning and lifecycle management
• Lead the helpdesk team to ensure timely technical support per SLAs
• Manage IT procurement, vendor negotiations, and asset inventory

Requirements

• BA or BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity roles
• In-depth knowledge of networking, firewalls (e.g., Meraki), and cloud services (O365, Azure)
• Proficiency in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Jira or Service-Now
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting non-profit or international development organizations
• Experience with cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, PaaS, SaaS, Box)
• Knowledge of privacy laws such as GDPR, PII, or HIPAA
• Certifications in Azure, Cybersecurity, or ITIL
