Manager - Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Head of Enterprise Cybersecurity in planning, executing, and governing regional cybersecurity programs.
• Act as a key operational anchor and deputy to the RISO, managing day-to-day activities and execution tracking.
• Drive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities, serving as the primary contact for internal and external audits, including SOX.
• Manage the vulnerability management lifecycle, including scanning, risk identification, and coordinating remediation across IT and OT environments.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations for regional and global stakeholders.
• Support manufacturing plant security assessments and IT/OT cybersecurity initiatives.
• Lead cybersecurity training and awareness programs to promote a strong security culture across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
• Extensive experience managing IT/security audits and compliance lifecycles.
• Strong technical knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
• Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and India Data Protection regulations.
