Manager, Cyber Technical - IAM

Responsibilities

• Manage quantitative and qualitative analysis for complex data structures to support IAM strategy
• Analyze data requirements and develop models for validation and problem solving
• Lead a team of cyber data analysts providing mentorship and performance oversight
• Architect, engineer, and deploy enterprise-grade IAM frameworks using data engineering and automation
• Present complex data analysis concepts to non-technical audiences

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Security
• At least 1 year of experience supporting SailPoint Applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in people management
• 5+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ
• 3+ years of experience in SailPoint ISC
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise implementation and deployment
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python, and REST
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Postgres
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX or Tableau
• 1+ years of experience supporting AI tools and services
• AWS Certification
