Manager, Customer Success Management

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Customer Success Managers focused on renewals, expansions, and upsells
• Drive revenue retention via a scalable customer renewal engine
• Generate incremental bookings within existing accounts through subscription expansion
• Directly manage Tier 1, high-priority client relationships
• Partner with Sales and Customer Support to optimize onboarding and product penetration
• Monitor client health through quantitative and qualitative means
• Scale, recruit, mentor, and grow the account management team
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and ensure accurate forecasting
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide real-time coaching during customer calls
• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and market dynamics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS sales (focus on upselling/expansion)
• IAM or cybersecurity experience is required
• 3+ years of proven sales leadership or management experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, renewals, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to construct and execute territory-level sales strategies
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to travel up to 20%
