About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
- Drive retention, growth, and satisfaction for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
- Partner with customers to build journeys that realize measurable value from the platform
- Collaborate with Implementation to ensure smooth onboarding and transition
- Oversee the delivery of training programs to drive product adoption
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to relay customer feedback
- Develop Customer Success processes, playbooks, and success metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 6–9 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
- 2+ years of people management or strong team-lead experience
- Experience managing enterprise relationships
- Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, or private equity
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with software renewals and strategic upsell processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling a commercial Customer Success program
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools
