About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Drive retention, growth, and satisfaction for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
  • Partner with customers to build journeys that realize measurable value from the platform
  • Collaborate with Implementation to ensure smooth onboarding and transition
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs to drive product adoption
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to relay customer feedback
  • Develop Customer Success processes, playbooks, and success metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 6–9 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
  • 2+ years of people management or strong team-lead experience
  • Experience managing enterprise relationships
  • Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, or private equity
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with software renewals and strategic upsell processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling a commercial Customer Success program
  • Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools
