About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers supporting AOS customers across AMER
  • Drive consistent execution of Customer Success practices, including success planning and adoption strategies
  • Directly manage a subset of complex and strategic customer accounts to guide value realization
  • Partner with Sales, Technical Sales, Renewals, and Support to align on account strategy and mitigate risk
  • Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues within complex environments
  • Establish and reinforce best practices, tools, and reporting to track team performance and operational efficiency
  • Analyze account trends to identify gaps in adoption and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing customer-facing teams
  • Experience working within enterprise or complex customer environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large, complex, or strategic enterprise accounts
  • Ability to engage and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Familiarity with AEC industries, platform solutions, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
