About the Company
Duet empowers Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to tackle the primary care crisis by leading their own practices, closing the gap in access while keeping care local. We're a well-funded seed-stage company led by experienced entrepreneurs and Nurse Practitioners, backed by investors like Lerer Hippeau and Kairos.
Responsibilities
- Dive into raw practice data to identify key drivers, trends, and anomalies
- Structure and execute analyses across revenue, margins, capacity, and growth
- Guide new practices through implementation and act as a long-term strategic partner
- Create financial models and forecasts to provide visibility into practice health
- Collaborate with Product, Billing, Clinical, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs
- Track NPS, drive renewals, and spark referrals by delivering consistent value
- Partner with the Head of Customer Ops to build scalable playbooks, templates, and tools
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in client-facing consulting, strategy & operations, or business operations
- Experience in a startup, healthcare, or consulting environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Ability to build financial models and forecasts
- Experience working in small or early-stage companies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL experience
- Experience in primary care or value-based care
- Familiarity with EHRs and billing systems
