Manager Customer Partnership - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer collaboration agenda for a specific market or set of gold customers
• Design and own strategic, future-focused joint business plans with customers
• Improve customer value and service levels while increasing supply chain efficiency
• Act as a single point of contact to provide accountability and transparency into customer performance
• Drive short-term customer demand planning (3-month horizon) to maximize service, forecast accuracy, and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in customer engagement or customer-facing roles, ideally in key account management
• Proven experience within a CS&L function, specifically in customer supply chain management
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and meet KPIs
• Cross-functional experience in sales, demand planning, logistics, or warehousing
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and commercial acumen skills
