About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day customer relationship and build strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Act as an architect for new customers, translating business logic into system logic and commission engine architecture
  • Independently complete platform updates, enhancements, and change requests
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and implement new features
  • Manage customer expectations regarding deliverables and project timelines
  • Develop Sales Performance Management (SPM) expertise to improve processes and strategy

Requirements

  • Education in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience
  • Experience working with large datasets and understanding database logical structures
  • Proficiency in Excel for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation
  • Understanding of data architecture and process flows
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL or Python
  • Experience with sales incentive compensation
