About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day customer relationship and build strong working relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Act as an architect for new customers, translating business logic into system logic and commission engine architecture
- Independently complete platform updates, enhancements, and change requests
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and implement new features
- Manage customer expectations regarding deliverables and project timelines
- Develop Sales Performance Management (SPM) expertise to improve processes and strategy
Requirements
- Education in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 4+ years of relevant working experience
- Experience working with large datasets and understanding database logical structures
- Proficiency in Excel for data profiling, segmentation, and aggregation
- Understanding of data architecture and process flows
- Strong analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL or Python
- Experience with sales incentive compensation
