Manager, Customer Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Customer Intelligence measurement agenda, including segmentation, causal impact, and retention analytics
• Scope ambiguous business questions and translate them into analytical problems
• Set high standards for analytical storytelling and executive-ready deliverables
• Lead and develop a team of analytical talent in partnership with engineering and data science
• Productionize methodologies using SQL, Python, and Airflow pipelines
• Facilitate analytical conversations connecting data to product, marketing, and finance decisions
• Maintain hands-on involvement through technical QA and methodology pressure-testing
• Utilize AI tools and LLM-based assistants to accelerate team output and automation

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in analytical roles
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams or functions
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python
• Experience driving business impact and influencing senior-level strategy
• Familiarity with Airflow, GitLab, or similar pipeline infrastructure
• Strong intuition for causal inference methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, propensity matching)
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within consumer technology, streaming, or subscription businesses
• Demonstrated use of AI tools as force multipliers in day-to-day work
