About the role

Responsibilities

  • Mentor a team to achieve operational excellence and personal development objectives
  • Meet customer demands and compliance requirements by managing employee scheduling and following all policies and guidelines
  • Coach frontline staff on advice-giving and customer conversation strategies to improve the customer experience
  • Lead the team in monitoring workflows, prioritizing tasks, and resolving operational issues
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints and act as a point of escalation when required
  • Administer complex daily branch administrative duties and maintain customer-facing areas
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and manage team performance activities
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or over 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Sound knowledge of business and operational functions, including banking solutions and concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various internet applications
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to exchange ideas tactfully and diplomatically
  • Dynamic leadership and influential skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be mobile within the assigned district for future placement upon completion of training
