About the role

Responsibilities

  • Mentor a team to achieve exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence
  • Manage employee scheduling and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Coach frontline staff on advice-giving and customer conversation strategies
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints and act as a point of escalation
  • Lead team workflows, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational issues
  • Administer complex daily branch administrative duties
  • Maintain customer-facing areas in accordance with marketing and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and manage team development activities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or over 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Sound knowledge of banking solutions, processes management, and operational functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various internet applications
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically with customers and management
  • Dynamic leadership and influential skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be mobile within the assigned district as part of the trainee program
