About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer service operations, including order entry, shipping coordination, and claims processing
  • Monitor order flow and address issues impacting accuracy, timing, or customer expectations
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and dealer issues to drive timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Service, and Operations to align priorities and keep orders moving
  • Identify and resolve operational breakdowns through practical, hands-on actions
  • Track service metrics and support KPI improvements as part of daily workflows
  • Balance customer needs with operational realities to meet delivery commitments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, agribusiness, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or order management roles
  • Proven ability to manage high daily workloads and shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and follow-through
  • Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to work across departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with dealer networks, manufacturing, logistics, or the agriculture industry
