Manager-Customer Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data center white space fit-out programs from planning through execution and handover
• Oversee all aspects of fit-out projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and requirement fulfillment
• Coordinate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to integrate critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, and Life Safety
• Lead the integration of Building Management Systems (BMS) and critical controls to optimize operational efficiency
• Implement and manage advanced cooling solutions, including liquid cooling systems, to enhance performance
• Prepare, track, and manage project budgets to ensure financial alignment with company goals
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in data center fit-out projects
• Strong expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial tracking
• Proficiency in risk management and mitigation planning
• Experience with BMS (Building Management System) integration
