Manager - Customer Analytics

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for analytics engagements, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze large datasets to uncover significant trends, patterns, and consumer insights.
• Convert complex data into actionable strategic and tactical recommendations for clients.
• Develop compelling data stories and narratives to help clients understand complex concepts and drive business action.
• Create high-quality presentations, adapting reporting styles to suit different audiences and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and analytical techniques to enhance insight quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, or Statistics.
• Proven professional experience in an analytics or consulting role.
• Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to discern and narrate patterns within data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for discovering insights within large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using statistical programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
