Manager, Cross Channel, Global Client Solutions

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of Paid Social campaign management across financial services and consumer goods accounts
• Carry out regular campaign health checks and proactive optimisations to meet performance targets
• Support the Account Director in translating strategy into actionable delivery briefs for specialist and offshore teams
• Contribute to client-facing reporting, preparing accurate performance summaries and supporting presentations
• Maintain strict adherence to compliance and governance requirements for regulated financial services advertising
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and deadline adherence
• Maintain accurate budget tracking and adhere to agency finance processes

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn required)
• Proficiency in campaign setup, audience targeting, bid management, and ad trafficking
• Working knowledge of tracking, pixel implementation, and measurement tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics
• Ability to operate within a compliance-sensitive or regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail regarding budget management and quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills for client reporting and internal collaboration
• Experience with project management tools like Wrike is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, asset management, or FMCG environments
• Exposure to Paid Search (Google Ads, SA360) or Programmatic (DV360)
• Experience managing multi-market EMEA campaigns
• Familiarity with offshore delivery models
