Manager-Credit Risk Portfolio Management

Responsibilities

• Maintain, upkeep, and enhance core credit risk systems (Nucleus) and databases (Apollo) for the EMEA region.
• Manage credit risk data in backend databases to satisfy reporting and Management Information (MI) requirements.
• Produce portfolio reporting and analysis for committees and management using credit and booking systems.
• Perform data clean-up, validation, and reconciliation exercises to ensure accuracy and completeness of risk data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues by liaising with stakeholders to remediate errors at the source.
• Optimize data management processes to improve robustness and efficiency.
• Provide technical and logistical support to the Credit Strategy Group team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Extensive experience in data management, front-end system maintenance, and database flows.
• Proficiency in using SQL to aggregate data and perform complex data management activities.
• Experience using various credit systems and reconciling information from multiple disparate sources.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in data management activities.
• Basic understanding of key credit risk concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as MS PowerBI or Tableau.
• Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence tools and platforms.
• Regular monitoring of financial markets and macroeconomic events.
