Manager, Creator Operations

About the Company

ShopMy is transforming e-commerce by building the infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. We help brands run performance-driven creator programs while enabling top creators to monetize their influence and partner directly with the brands they love.

Responsibilities

• Own creator performance reporting and dashboards to ensure data is accurate and actionable
• Translate data into clear insights to help Creator Managers evaluate performance and spot trends
• Monitor performance across creators and teams to surface risks and growth opportunities
• Maintain internal documentation and operational processes to keep the Creator team aligned
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Analytics to ensure consistent data definitions and tracking
• Support leadership in building and refining operational rhythms and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or business operations in high-growth tech
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• High level of systems thinking and understanding of interconnected workflows
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving processes
• Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new data platforms quickly
• NYC-based
