Manager, Cost Performance

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of operational COGS and performance reports, dashboards, and scalable reporting tools
• Provide financial and operational analysis, including variance explanations and period-end cost reviews
• Translate cost performance insights into actionable strategic initiatives to achieve COGS reduction targets
• Act as subject matter expert in COGS and procurement spend to support budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with management to lead the COGS program, including new system onboarding and operational efficiency projects
• Establish and standardize best practices for COGS tracking and cost allocation methodologies

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in inventory, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience querying relational databases using SQL
• Experience automating reporting solutions using Python or other programming languages
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards in Tableau
• Professional certifications or licenses in Lean Six Sigma
