Manager Corporate Services

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of facilities operational teams, including Engineering, Security, Reception, Catering, Cleaning, and Landscaping
• Ensure all buildings and grounds are maintained to exceptional standards
• Manage maintenance regimes and building works completion
• Support the management of financial plans and costs in alignment with corporate budgets
• Comply with legislative, environmental, health, and safety requirements to minimize commercial risk
• Assist in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
• Drive a culture of exceptional customer service across the Villa Mumm campus

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in engineering, construction, or facility management
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate property services experience
• Strong understanding of Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) services
• Experience with contracts management and financial management
• Experience with HR and performance management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Fluent spoken and written German
• Ability to work occasional weekends, late evenings, and travel within Continental Europe and the UK
