Manager, Corporate FP&A - Consolidation

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the Corporate Reporting Calendar across global business units, accounting, and tax
• Standardize reporting templates and submission protocols for enterprise-wide consistency
• Act as the primary liaison between Controllership and FP&A teams to reconcile management reporting with statutory filings
• Aggregate inputs from multiple P&L owners into a consolidated corporate view, including intercompany eliminations
• Perform high-level integrity checks on consolidated data to identify anomalies
• Manage Bridge analysis to explain variances between Actuals, Budgets, and Forecasts
• Lead the assembly of Monthly Executive Reporting Packages and Board of Directors presentations
• Synthesize qualitative commentary into concise summaries of business performance, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with Investor Relations for earnings call preparation and external guidance
• Evaluate reporting workflows to implement lean finance practices and document standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A
• Heavy emphasis on multi-entity consolidation and management reporting
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows under tight deadlines
• Ability to extract key takeaways from large datasets for executive audiences
• Exceptional written communication skills for executive summaries and board-level commentary
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows
