Manager Corporate Events

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events ranging from internal town halls to high-profile external stakeholder engagements.
• Develop event concepts and formats that align with strategic communication objectives and corporate priorities.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, vendors, and agency partners to ensure seamless and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, technical setup, travel arrangements, and program design.
• Prepare and brief executives and speakers to ensure professional and impactful event presence.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as Communications, HR, R&D, and Medical Affairs to ensure brand alignment.
• Oversee on-site execution and provide rapid problem-solving to ensure an excellent attendee experience.
• Track event outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Event Manager in a corporate or agency environment.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel approximately 4–6 times per year.
• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Veeva Events, or SpotMe/Omoni.
• Previous experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
