Manager, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Analyze resource deployment and develop partnerships, investments, or acquisition strategies to drive long-term strategic value
• Evaluate white space business, product, and market opportunities within the ecosystem
• Work closely with executives on fundraising activities and investor communications
• Develop complex operating and financial models to support business cases
• Execute material transactions, including identifying targets, managing negotiations, deal structuring, and due diligence
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and the CEO’s office to ensure seamless post-acquisition integration

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in top-tier investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development
• Proven experience with M&A and managing live deals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to create investment memos and financial models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex concepts to senior management
• Ability to act as a self-starter, prioritizing tasks and managing workloads effectively in a high-growth environment
