Manager, Corporate Accounting

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Corporate Accounting team in India, including goal setting and performance evaluation
• Ensure journal entries and account reconciliations comply with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Coordinate the month-end close schedule and ensure accurate financial data capture and disclosure
• Manage timely reporting of monthly results and quarterly reporting packages
• Analyze historical data, KPIs, and foreign currency impacts to provide insights to management
• Drive special projects such as automation and system implementations
• Establish strong partnerships with FP&A, Tax, Procurement, Legal, and IT teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA/CA preferred)
• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience with 3+ years in management
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry
