Manager - Core Audit

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex audit engagements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders
• Oversee fieldwork, monitor engagement status, and manage team performance
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback and performance reviews
• Apply advanced accounting and auditing concepts to complex client situations
• Utilize technology and data analytics to enhance audit quality and efficiency
• Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparation

Requirements

• CPA designation (or progress toward completion)
• 5 to 7 years of experience in audit or assurance within a public accounting firm
• Proven experience managing teams and complex engagements
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics and ERP systems
• Government of Canada Security Clearance
