Manager Controlling & Performance

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analyses to support strategic and operational decisions
• Develop and maintain control models and planning processes including forecasts, budgeting, multi-year planning, and liquidity planning
• Create management reports and presentations for division management and the Executive Board
• Participate in projects and identify/implement efficiency and performance levers in the Technology segment
• Collaborate closely with specialist departments, regions, business units, and the finance department

Requirements

• Degree in economics, ideally focusing on Controlling, Finance, or Business Analytics
• Initial professional experience in controlling or commercial sectors
• Strong understanding of corporate KPIs and financials (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Excellent analytical skills and numerical proficiency
• Experience with planning tools and BI systems, particularly SAP
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
