Manager - Contract Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, including service agreements, amendments, and Statements of Work.
• Structure contractual terms to appropriately allocate risk regarding liability, indemnity, insurance, and performance.
• Review and validate commercial terms such as pricing structures, payment milestones, and total contract value.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and execution of RFPs and RFQs for outsourced services.
• Lead the contractual and commercial evaluation of bidder submissions to identify risks and deviations.
• Act as the primary interface between user departments, Procurement, Legal, and Finance.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including execution, tracking, amendments, and renewals.
• Monitor contractual obligations and support the resolution of disputes or commercial issues with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial roles involving service agreements.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Demonstrated experience supporting RFP processes for services, including commercial evaluation.
• Strong understanding of contract risk allocation and governance frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with contract management systems.
