Manager, Contract Billing Team

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Contract Representatives to meet performance goals and service-level standards.
• Own end-to-end operational performance for Year 2 and Year 3 billing readiness and PO collection for multi-year software subscriptions.
• Monitor pipeline health and readiness metrics to identify and mitigate systemic revenue risks.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, contract discrepancies, and cross-functional blockers.
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Order Management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and protect recurring revenue.
• Drive process improvements and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce cycle times and manual effort.
• Ensure high data accuracy within Salesforce and support audit and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–9 years of experience in Order Management, Contract Operations, Billing Operations, Renewals, or Sales Operations.
• 2–3 years of direct people management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing operational teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
• Experience operating within a global or regional shared services environment.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
• Background in process improvement or operational excellence.
