Manager Content Planning

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of local and regional digital content campaigns to ensure they meet desired KPIs
• Coordinate with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, and media vendors
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to
• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all content and materials before publication
• Track and analyze campaign performance data to provide optimization insights
• Prepare detailed campaign reports for clients highlighting key metrics and successes
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers to enhance campaign reach
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital and social media marketing

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube)
• Proven project management skills with ability to coordinate with agencies and publishers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
