Manager, Content Development

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, retouch, and color-correct short-form videos optimized for vertical formats like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop engaging creative content ideas on the fly to drive artist discovery and consumption
• Shoot social content using mobile devices and other professional equipment, particularly during on-site artist opportunities
• Design and create animated motion graphic assets for social media, landing pages, and DSPs
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and algorithms to measure content effectiveness and stay ahead of industry benchmarks
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders to implement feedback and meet overlapping deadlines

Requirements

• Proficiency in shooting high-quality short-form videos and photos
• Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Photoshop
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends and best practices
• Expertise in social media algorithms and platform-specific engagement strategies
• Strong creative vision with the ability to produce original, engaging content in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects
