Manager, Content Development

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Content Developers and designers across Australia, Malaysia, and Europe
• Oversee the delivery of product labelling and Instructions for Use (IFUs)
• Manage team workload, including prioritization and allocation across multiple products
• Ensure delivery of compliant content in line with regulatory standards and timelines
• Support the transition to structured, data-driven content management and CCMS adoption
• Partner with internal stakeholders including Regulatory, R&D, Clinical, and Marketing teams
• Build team capability and cohesion through periods of organizational transformation

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and/or localization
• Experience working within regulated environments (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical)
• Experience using or working with structured content or data management systems (e.g., CCMS)
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people development
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage workloads and deliver outcomes in changing environments
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and use technology to improve ways of working
