About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of Content Developers and designers across Australia, Malaysia, and Europe
- Oversee the delivery of product labelling and Instructions for Use (IFUs)
- Manage team workload, including prioritization and allocation across multiple products
- Ensure delivery of compliant content in line with regulatory standards and timelines
- Support the transition to structured, data-driven content management and CCMS adoption
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Regulatory, R&D, Clinical, and Marketing teams
- Build team capability and cohesion through periods of organizational transformation
Requirements
- Experience in content creation and/or localization
- Experience working within regulated environments (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical)
- Experience using or working with structured content or data management systems (e.g., CCMS)
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people development
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage workloads and deliver outcomes in changing environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and use technology to improve ways of working
