About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and execute Snap’s product and brand marketing strategy, positioning, and programs to communicate value propositions for consumers and businesses.
- Develop creative consideration campaigns, narratives, success stories, and thought leadership to drive adoption of Snapchat and its advertising solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Insights, and Partnerships to ensure global messaging resonance.
- Drive global consistency by developing playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks to standardize marketing efforts worldwide.
- Define success metrics, measure campaign performance, and iterate based on audience insights and data.
- Identify new opportunities to drive cultural relevance and differentiate Snap within the technology landscape.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 1 year of management experience.
- Proven experience building programs for both business and consumer audiences, specifically within the Social Media and Technology industries.
- Experience leading lifestyle and culture-driven activations and building programs around emerging trends and next-generation consumer behaviors.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and insights into compelling narratives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital media and using advertising data to inform marketing strategy.
- Track record of success in domestic and global marketing or advertising roles.
- Experience building programs specifically for Agency or Partner-facing audiences.
