Manager, Consulting

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality project outcomes aligned with client objectives and life science consulting principles
• Lead project plans and workstreams while proactively managing risks and issues
• Gather and analyze scientific and business information to provide data-driven recommendations
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
• Mentor colleagues and support team growth through continuous learning and development
• Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to the firm's knowledge base

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in life science consulting
• Proven track record of managing collaborative teams or projects
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Strong presentation and communication skills for scientific and executive audiences
• Strong understanding of relationship management within the life sciences ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MS, MBA, or PhD
• Familiarity with Vynamic’s specific sectors and services
