About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver construction projects in compliance with approved schedules
- Create action plans for contractors and maintain strict cost control
- Execute work according to drawings, specifications, and health and safety parameters
- Oversee hurdles, risks, and obstacles to ensure progress
- Facilitate contractors, manage RFIs, and achieve key milestones including monthly billing
- Manage material procurement, site management, and quality of workmanship
- Monitor progress and provide timely updates to management
- Coordinate between the head office and the site
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 8 to 12 years of experience in the construction field
- Proven experience with grey structure, MEP, and finishing for high-rise buildings, shopping malls, or 5-star hotels
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent time management and resource allocation abilities
- Proficient in preparing clear reports and documentation
